History: The child of a Shepherd, who enjoyed hunting, Merla was taken on many hunting expeditions. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now mingles about in high society.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Roofer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bather, and she later adopted a second son.
