History: Ernest was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mortician. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Valanthe and her spouse have recently divorced.
