History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Mastema liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Description: She wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. She is portly but not overly obese. She wears her black hair down. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Nija was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Nija took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now. Some 2 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Nija never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Priest arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village.
