History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

Personality: Aline is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She got into the Architect business at a young age. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero.
