History: Neega was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for him, and Soveliss does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
