History: He was born into a rich family. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: This late middle aged man wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt and is in decent physical shape. He has white hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Oppleby lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants a kiss
