History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Spear alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against brigands; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 5'2" and tends to wear a large yellow jacket. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Barbena and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
