Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

History: Oda was born with her mother's beautiful face. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the east were limited. She now mingles about in high society.
