History: Harbek lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and doesn't want to be a tanner and was forced into it by his family

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She became a Crown-heir soon after.

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Seamstress responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Bimpnottin lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and to unite with her sister

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born to a Dyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.
