History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Layabout work with an outfit from a few towns over. History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Performer, and he later adopted a second son.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Oppah grew up listening to her father's many stories. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lia was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She tends to her Mortician job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
