Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: The child of a Fletcher, who enjoyed hunting, Juliana was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
