Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Modean enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Modean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. History: Born to a Miner, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cloak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
