Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a tan collared shirt and green pants. He accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across his shirt. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. A true patriot, Raer would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Cartwright arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is greedy

Description: This man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His fur, while still mostly beige, has prominent grey streaks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she wears professional attire. Her white hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. Her eyes are gray.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Keyleth is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Born to a Healer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Unvera was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Elizabeth was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Barrister. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
