History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gifted student he started as a Actor, but he got bored and became a Navigator. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. She is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She wears a Stetson hat to hide her balding. Her skin is flawless and her hazel eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Cask is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Georgina was born with her father's beautiful face. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She uses divination through singing.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Waywocket grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Waywocket. Being a Servant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
