History: Kite hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Kite was born on a far western forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Armorer. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Bruz was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Bruz alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Through the years after Burana was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Burana's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help
