Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency.
