Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in the north to a Guard, Altho learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Guard. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Knight. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
