However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A gifted student he started as a Sage, but he got bored and became a Bellfounder. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
