Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Navigator, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. Her red hair is knotted and matted. She has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A freak accident while working with his Butcher father left him crippled. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
