History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Paymon was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Paymon's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's also a talented Fletcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: She is well dressed, constantly wearing a red suit, tan shirt, and blue tie. She is physically well-built. She wears her black hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with dancing. She constantly tries to fill her life with dancing. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She was born in a small island village. Bella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bella decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and wants to raise her children well

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears a green collared shirt and tan skirt. She accessorizes with a black scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her black eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Tiefling in existence. Vepar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vepar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: This man wears dark leathers with embroidery. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Shepherd arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and half-elven compassion
