Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her hair, while still mostly chestnut, has prominent grey streaks. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and revenge

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He carries with him a set of flails, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Gardain is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gardain fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She dresses like a well dressed Adventurer does. Her fur is cut close to her head. Her green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Cloak grew up listening to her mother's many stories. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Adventurer for the past few years.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a strong sense of loyalty to halfling people

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Anselm isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
