Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Dreali hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. After coming to the age of reason, Dreali took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the east. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her father's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered dire rats who tried to eat her hand. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and a deep hatred of dire rats

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He's also a talented Dyer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Halfling culture. Gillyd is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Gillyd was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
