Description: He wears a fancy black suit. He carries with him a set of hand crossbows on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He wears his red hair up in a very large beehive style do. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Ratlûg is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ratlûg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a grey armored body suit, with a simple tan line shooting up and back down. He has styled his blonde hair well, parting it to the right. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. Patrick enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: She wears tattered old clothes, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'5" when asserting herself. She wears her brown hair down. Her gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Naivara abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Torbera was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted martial powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it
