History: Naal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Naal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Naal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Andraste grew up listening to her father's many stories. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Eleanor was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Stableman. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Money/treasure.
