Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Dalaba was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Dalaba decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
