Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Because his father participated in the massacre of their homeland, drow burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his mother from journeying south to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and to prove his worth to the world

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She is a Crown-heir first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Smoking was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has taken up work as a Crown-heir and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Motivation: She's in love; and further expansion of business
