Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. He has moderate length gold crest. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Mehen was born with his father's beautiful face. Through the years after Mehen was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mehen's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
