Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A stocky lighter skinned woman, she is dressed in earthy colors with a grey and black handkerchief worn on her right side. Her white hair is knotted and matted. She has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Apothecary who has hired her part-time. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Helen is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Helen reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Wants a kiss; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. A true patriot, Gomory would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls.

Description: He stands about 5'3" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He bought a greatsword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
