Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her blue hair is greasy and uncared for. Her black eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Akta grew up listening to her father's many stories. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
