History: Balimaar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She takes great joy in being the best Spice Merchant in town.

History: Born in the west to a Spice Merchant, Millicent learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and she desires to right it; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She is wearing a tight brown one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. Her hair is cut close to her head. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is mildly Human supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She uses money and sex appeal to get what she needs; and money/treasure

Description: This late middle aged man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times and is in decent physical shape. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Nazdûg isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Orc unity. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Gifted from a young age, Nazdûg studied abroad. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dyer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dyer for the past few years.

Motivation: He is greedy; and further expansion of business
