Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Flame lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Sybil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Ruler.

He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Rolf was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
