History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Knight arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Through the years after Wiggan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Wiggan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
