History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He found a children's book about a Gnome Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: An older man who has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe, he is not a threatening figure. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lorm was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Lorm and his spouse have recently divorced.
