History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born in the south. The family's rival house kidnapped his sister with the intent that his sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Interpreter. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born to a Merchant, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Claira was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Claira's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Claira and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it.
