Rurik Goldfinder, Male Dwarf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His moppish brown hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break.
Ideals: Opinionated. Bonds: Immigrant, Attractive, Adventurer, Poor. Occupation: Shipwright
Voice: Speaks with back of mouth

Dreali Withrethin, Male Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Dreali took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up quarterstaff and armor he uses now. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature quarterstaff.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Jelenneth Withrethin, Female Elf [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: This woman stands a little under 5'2" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). She wears her white hair up in a very large beehive style do. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult
Ideals: Optimist, Artistic. Flaws: Mundane. Bonds: Family, Job. Occupation: Layabout
