History: Astar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Astar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Astar's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Barkeep, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she seems to be bored by most things
