Description: He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a blue coat with tan slacks, and he perpetually has his greatsword ready. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy chestnut hair. His blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Gerard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants revenge against dire rats

Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Krimmon was born the youngest of three triplets. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and to unite with his brother

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She wears white trousers with tan and brown striped suspenders. She wears various colorful collared shirts. She has slicked back white hair. Her eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and retire the richest woman in the west

Ideals: Athletic, Disciplined, Entrepeneur, Gifted. Flaws: Mundane. Occupation: Unemployed

Voice: Thin and wheezing

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. He has amber eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Beast lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
