Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He got into the Layabout business at a young age. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Stannor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north.

Description: This man is very fat, and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born in the west to a Banker, Alvyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature kukri.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and further expansion of business

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a axe, but if one is not available he will default to his scimitar, and is pretty ugly. His long brown hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. Through the years after Gildmak was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Gildmak's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Gildmak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to end his boredom
