Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

History: Paelias hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gunter grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.
