Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Andraste was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Andraste's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.

She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To unite with her brother.

Description: This man wears dull white sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed falchion, just in case. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His chestnut hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Thorpe isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thorpe grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thorpe. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. His chestnut hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has achieved small success as a Painter.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Painter responsibilities is difficult.
