History: She was born in the west. Quespa was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bellfounder. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a rival would like him out of the picture
