Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He very much looks the part of a Barber. His white crest is singed and shortened. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barber. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Barber for hire.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her mother was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing green cape and mantle trimmed with soft violet waves gently in the breeze. His purple hair has been sun bleached extensively. His black eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Damakos was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
