Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'10" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. With wild black hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sybil lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and doesn't want to be a mayor and was forced into it by her family

Description: This woman stands a little under 2'8" and is a bit bulky. She is very muscular particularly in the legs. She wears bulky white painted plate armor. Her tied-back hair is blonde. She has green eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Nora embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: She got into the Courier business at a young age. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Nora was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kildrak was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
