In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Veloptima alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Veloptima was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the giants.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. She wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. Her hair, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. This amber eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Masseuse, and she later adopted a second daughter.

She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and yellow, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She keeps her long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She would rather hide behind her crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has never given up on her painting dream.
