History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When Faral reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. Hugh enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to end his boredom
