History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Herbalist business.

History: Born in the east her family was never financially stable. Matilda liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and balancing her hectic life and new herbalist responsibilities is difficult

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. He sports a flattop hair cut. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Henk lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Beggar and was forced into it by his family.

Voice: Prounounces S like Z

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his longsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gimble embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Gimble enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the south were limited. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
