Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new sailor responsibilities is difficult
