History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Aline grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her first spouse was a Tailor, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now owns her own business.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Cairn alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
