A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Elaim was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Smoking's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shoemaker born in the past three hundred years. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.
