History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. After coming to the age of reason, Rael took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Theobald was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Blacksmith. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Dyer and was forced into it by her family; and marry her sister to traveling adventurers
